2. Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments must be scheduled through approved booking tools (e.g., Wix Bookings, Calendly, or Square).

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in fees or service denial.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, emergencies, or equipment issues.

3. Payments

• Payments must be made in full before or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

• Digital product sales, deposits, and subscriptions are final unless stated in our Refund Policy.

• We use secure third-party platforms (e.g., Square, PayPal) for processing payments.

4. Subscriptions & Memberships

Recurring payments for stylist memberships, garden maintenance, or other subscription plans will continue until canceled. You are responsible for managing your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support.

5. Vendor & Sponsorship Agreements

• Vendors must follow all posted rules, terms, and regulations when participating in events.

• Sponsorships and vendor booth fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Digital Products

All digital products (downloads, kits, templates, guides) are for personal or business use only and may not be resold or redistributed without written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
