Appointments: Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund. No-shows forfeit the fee.

Memberships: Non-refundable after billing. Cancel renewals anytime.

Products: All hair/lash sales are final unless defective or damaged on arrival.
2. Water Delivery & Products (True Hydration Station)

Refunds issued for undelivered or incorrect water orders within 48 hours.

Orders over $50 require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

If combo services are canceled, the remaining service is billed at full price.
3. Mobile Detailing & Pressure Washing (True Touch Mobile Detail)

4. Events & Vendor Booths (True KQingdom Events)

Vendor fees: Non-refundable unless we cancel the event.

Sponsorships: Non-refundable. Unused funds may be credited.

Event tickets: Refundable up to 72 hours before event.
5. Financial Services & Courses (True Financials & Fast Tax Academy)

Tax services: Non-refundable after filing begins.

Courses: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Consultations: Cancel 24+ hours ahead for refund eligibility.
6. Garden Beds & Home Services (True Edible Life Garden Beds)

Deposits: Non-refundable once scheduled/materials ordered.
